中美投资博览会4月18日即将在美国召开，这将是一个中美企业家相互交流碰撞的舞台，来自各行各业的中国企业家将让美国朋友们认识到真正的中国精英风范。在中国代表团即将启程之际，本刊记者采访了与会企业家之一陕西秦煤实业（集团）有限公司监事会主席胡佩莲。

一身朴素而庄重的胡佩莲，对此次美国之行非常看重，她认为来自中国的民营企业家会和美国同行们进行一次很好的交流。她告诉记者，陕西秦煤实业创立于2000年，集团总部位于国家级高新技术开发区西安市高新六路42号中清大厦。公司是以煤炭、焦炭、煤炭系列产品、煤化工产品的生产、加工、销售及烟煤深加工等为主的集团型公司。公司推崇“以人为本，追求卓越，至诚至信，持续创新”的管理理念，始终坚持科学运作，走资源工业化发展道路，并着力构建国内采矿领域一流的资源及资本运作型和跨领域、多元化、可持续发展的集团实体。

说起秦煤集团的发展，胡佩莲说，秦煤集团在发展自己的同时始终不忘社会责任，积极参与公益事业，集团与中国西部人才开发基金会合作，支持西部大开发的人才建设事业，受到了社会各界的关注和好评。

在采访的最后，胡佩莲对记者说，秦煤集团经历了风风雨雨，坎坎坷坷，得以立足，发展，到现在能在业界取得一定成绩，都归功于改革开放，也是各级政府，各界朋友关怀备至的结果。风起潮涌，自当扬帆破浪；任重道远，更需策马扬鞭。社会赋予我们企业新的历史使命，在共创和谐社会的进程中，我们将继续充分发挥自身人才优势、技术优势和资源优势，进一步深化企业内部改制，不断开拓进取，共谋发展大计，共创宏伟大业，以加倍努力创造更多的社会财富，为人类进步和社会发展作出应有的贡献而努力奋斗。

With a simple and solemn suit, Hu Peilian attaches importance to this trip. She thinks that it is a good communication for Chinese private entrepreneurs and American colleagues. She told journalist, Shaanxi Qin Coal Industry was founded in 2000, and the group headquarters is located in the state-level high-tech development zone, Zhongqing Building, No. 42 high-tech 6 road, Xi’an city. The company is a group company engaged in coal, coke, coal products and production, processing, sales, bituminous coal deep processing of coal chemical products. The companies respects management philosophy of “people-oriented, pursuit of excellence, sincere to the client, continuous innovation”, always adheres to the scientific operation, takes the road of resources industrialization development, and strives to build the group entities of the domestic first-class mining area resources, capital operation and the interdisciplinary, diversified, sustainable development.

Speaking of the development of Qin coal group, Hu Peilian said, the developing group will never forget the social responsibility and the actively participate in public welfare undertakings. The group and China western talent development fund cooperated to support the talent construction development of the western region, which receiving the community attention and praise.

At the end of the interview, Hu said to the journalist, passing the frustrations, Qin coal group now made some achievements in the industry that all thanks to the reform and opening up, all levels of government, friends in every field of work. However, the group still shoulders heavy and long responsibilities.
