增强文化意识 加强文化建设——访中国治理荒漠化基金会副秘书长陈昱寰

陈昱寰,中国治理荒漠化基金会副秘书长、中国品牌文化研究发展中心研究员、国际儒商学会副会长、广东省民营企业文化协会副会长兼秘书长。自2003年担任广东省民营企业文化协会秘书长以来,陈昱寰以“上善若水”的理念构建广东民营企业文化体系,积极引导广东民企抓住时机,增强文化立企意识,加强企业自身的文化建设,增强企业的核心竞争力,培育以中华传统文化为根本的企业文化。

 

《绿色中国》:陈会长你好,感谢您接受我们杂志的专访。您作为广东省民营企业文化协会副会长兼秘书长,在您看来,对于一个企业来讲,最重要的是什么?

陈昱寰:我觉得一个企业,它本身的企业文化是非常重要的。企业文化是企业的灵魂,它所倡导的是企业的理念和企业的价值观,更培养和树立了企业员工的精神气质。它不仅是一种概念的把玩或经营理念上的时髦,它更远远重要过成本、制度、规范、经验、计划、战略等一切帮助企业赢得短期效益的物质因素,是凝聚人心、解决企业长远生存和发展的唯一法宝。

《绿色中国》:关于促进中美文化交流,您曾经参加过哪些活动?

陈昱寰:中美文化交流是中美关系的重要组成部分。2008年,我策划组织率领了50位知名企业家组成的考察团参加“全球华人迎奥运活动”并对美国、加拿大两国进行考察学习和交流。2010年,我还策划并组织由企业家和艺术家组成的考察团在默瑞町市市政厅举办中国文化艺术展,让中华文化与艺术发扬光大。并且很荣幸地得到了默瑞町市政府颁发的美国荣誉市民证书。

《绿色中国》:您对这次中美投资博览会有什么样的看法和期待?

陈昱寰:对于此次中美投资博览会,我们充满了期待。我们会协助企业在不同的情况下,根据自身的规模、行业性质、发展阶段等不同具体情况和条件确定融资战略;其次为项目招商引资,提供及时准确的商业信息,为好的项目寻求发展资金,为资金找到高回报的投资渠道;再次组织策划企业单位信息交流活动,为企业提供更多发展机会。最重要的,引导各个企业逐步建立起有民族特色、时代特色、企业特色的优秀企业文化建设观念和体系,为会员提供周到、热忱的服务,是我们一贯的追求。

 

Strengthen the Consciousness of Cultureand the Construction of Culture

Linda Chen, deputy secretary-general of China Foundation For Desertification Control, researcher of Chinese Brand Cultural Research and Development Center, vice president of International Confucian Merchants Association, vice-chairman and secretary general of Guangdong Cultural Association of Private Enterprises. As the secretary general of Guangdong Cultural Association of Private Enterprises since 2003, Linda Chen built Guangdong private enterprise culture system by the concept of “as good as water”, actively guided the corporations to seize the opportunity, strengthen the consciousness and construction of culture, enhanced the enterprise’s core competitiveness and cultivated enterprise culture based on Chinese traditional culture.

Green China: Hello, Ms. Chen, thank you so much for accepting our interview. In your opinion,  what is the most important thing for an enterprise?

Linda: I think the enterprise culture is very important. Enterprise culture is the soul of the enterprise, what it advocates is the concept of enterprise and the enterprise values, cultivate high-quality and spirit of staffs. It’s not only the game of concept and fashion of management, but also more important than cost, system, standard, experience, plans, strategies etc and all material factors which are helpful to the short-term profits.  Enterprise culture is the only magic power to solve the enterprise’s problems of long-term survival and development.

Green China: What kind of activities were you involved in to promote cultural exchange between China and the United States?

Linda: Cultural exchange of China and the United States is an important part of china-US relationship. In 2008, I led 50 well-known entrepreneurs to participate in the activity of global Chinese Olympic Games and started study and communication with Canada and the United States. In 2010, I organized a delegation composed of entrepreneurs and artists to hold Chinese art exhibition at the city hall in Murray, and I was honored to get the honorary citizenship certificate issued by the municipal government.

Green China: What do you expect in this China--US investment expo?

Linda: We are full of hopes and expectation. We promise to assist the enterprise in different situations, determine the financing strategy based on their scale, industry nature, stage of development and other different specific circumstances and conditions. Provide timely and accurate business information for investment, seek development funds for good projects, look for high-return investment channels. Plan enterprise information exchange activities again and provide more opportunities for our enterprises. Most of all, guide the enterprise to build up excellent enterprise culture construction concept and system, provide thoughtful, enthusiastic service, which is our consistent pursuit.
