何会均，本届中美投资博览会副主席兼秘书长，美国华人华侨联合会副主席，美国投资与移民协会执行会长。何会均常年致力于协助中美两国企业商业合作、企业来美上市、投资移民等事宜。   

在中美投资博览会即将召开之际，《绿色中国》杂志记者采访了何会均。

《绿色中国》：本次中美投资博览会的宗旨是什么？

何会长：中美投资博览会是中美两国企业家的投资俱乐部，是获美国政府批准而正式注册成立的非营利公益性社团组织（NGO组织)。

中美投资博览会是在全球经济一体化的前景下，为整合中美两国企业家在各自投资领域的广泛资源，创建信息互通、优势互补、投资互利的协作机制，促进中美两国经济、文化、投资的长效合作交流而成立的跨国经济合作组织。本会旨在进一步弘扬诚信为本的中美企业精神，探讨世界经济发展趋势，加强中美企业家之间的交流合作，为中美企业家的跨国投资运作提供准确、专业、高效、长期的协同服务。

《绿色中国》：请简单介绍一下本次博览会的具体行程。

何会长：本届中美投资博览会大会在美国国会、美国商务部、美国内政部等单位大力支持下，将于2013年04月18日—4月29日分别在美国洛杉矶、纽约、拉斯维加斯、华盛顿隆重举行，大会为期两周。届时，中美两国政要、知名人士、国会议员、州市长等将出席大会，并发表演说，与参会者近距离交流和座谈。大会除了现场项目展示，还将参观考察对所在地投资项目，当然所到之地政商名流交流联谊晚宴和高端旅游观光也是不可少的。这是一场高端的、具有权威性的、有明确针对性的投资博览会。

《绿色中国》：本次博览会将邀请哪些美国本土企业参加？

何会长：本次峰会将广邀美国本地225个获政府正式批准的投资区域中心参与介绍。大会组委会组织安排大量项目池，包括房地产、酒店、酒庄、城市环保、生化科技、文化产业等一大批投资项目,建立两国投资、法律、税务专家咨询组。

何会长：大会将举行会展和多项主题论坛，中国国家林业局绿色中国年度焦点人物评选活动组委会、中国林业产业联合会将与中美投资博览会联合举办“全球绿色财富论坛”。并为参会优秀企业家、优秀企业和爱心人士颁发“绿色财富领袖奖”、“绿色财富人物奖、“绿色财富地球奖”等奖项；美国八位市长还将为中国参会部分优秀企业家颁发“美国城市荣誉市民奖”和金钥匙奖。

David He is CEO& Secretary of China-US Investment Expo Organizing Committee, Vice Chairman of The U.S. Chinese Overseas National Federation and CEO of US Immigration Investment Association. David He has been committed to assist the Sino-US business cooperation and investment immigration service, etc.

On the occasion of the upcoming China-US Investment Expo, Green China Magazine would like to interview David to introduce the investment fair.

Green China: What is the purpose of this China-US Investment Expo?

David: This expo is an investment club of China and the United States entrepreneurs, has been approved by United States Government, registered and established as a nonprofit, public benefit corporation (Non-Governmental Organizations). 

It is founded as a multinational economic cooperation organization under the prospect of global economic integration, to integrate of investment resources of China and the United States entrepreneurs in their respective area, create the cooperation mechanism of information sharing, complementary advantages, investment mutually beneficial, promote economical、cultural、investment long-term cooperation and exchange. The purpose of this corporation is to further promote the good faith spirit of the China-US enterprise, explore the trend of world economic development, strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the China and the Unite State entrepreneurs, and provide accurate, professional, efficient, long-term collaboration services for China and the United States entrepreneur’s transnational investment operations.

Green China: Please briefly introduce specific schedule for this expo.

David: Under the strong support of the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of the Interior etc., will be held in Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, Washington on April 18 -April 29, 2013, total about 2 weeks. And China-US politicians, celebrities, members of Congress, mayors and governor will present the meeting and delivered a speech, and closely communicate and discuss with participants. Besides project showing, the conference will visit the local investment projects, the local political and business celebrities’ exchanges fellowship dinner and high-grade tourism is essential. This is a high-grade, authoritative, well-targeted investment exposition.

Green China: Which the Unite State local enterprise will be invited and participate in this exposition?

David: This exposition will invite the Unite State local 225 investment regional centers approved by government. The Organizing Committee will arrange a large of items, including a large number of investment projects, such as real estate, hotels, wineries, urban environmental protection, biochemical technology, cultural industries, establish bilateral investment, legal, tax expert advisory group.
