作为世界华人工商促进会总会长、世界华商投资基金会主席、世界和平发展基金会理事长、 中美企业领袖战略合作商峰大会主席，中美投资博览会共同主席，李农合被誉为全球华商少帅。他是全世界一百多个国家元首的座上客，他是美国现任总统奥巴马在白宫约见、晤谈两个半小时的惟一一位全球华商领袖。他是成千上万企业家的追随者，更是一个充满着激情、有着大爱的华人企业家。

《绿色中国》：李会长您好，感谢您接受我们杂志的专访。能给我们简单介绍一下世界华人工商促进会吗？

李农合：世界华人工商促进会由美国共和党亚裔主席朱伯舜、美国国际日报董事长熊德龙、泰国国家储备委员会主席方钦松、香港鞋业工会主席何烈、美国国际合作委员会主席陈香梅、香港南洋银行董事长庄世平、香港南洋银行总经理吴连峰等一批海外侨领共同发起的世界华人工商促进会，于1994年在美国及香港成立。总部设在美国，在全世界90多个国家设立了分会或代表机构。商会现有30余万以华商为主的会员、数百万团队会员，是全球最大的海外华人社团。 　　

《绿色中国》：中国近年来各方面都有了飞速的发展，并且已经跃居为仅次于美国的世界第二大经济体，但中国仍然与美国有着巨大的差距。您觉得这些差距具体体现在哪里？

李农合：中美的差距存在于多个方面，但在大学和尖端实验室方面尤为突出。全世界100所著名大学，其中68所在美国。全世界最尖端的大学有12所，有6所半在美国。美国有1922个世界级的尖端实验室，这是美国的实力。而他们之所以能成为世界最尖端的大学，其根本原因在于实验室。这些大学的实验室，无论是17世纪的牛顿三大定律，到20世纪的量子力学和爱因斯坦相对论，乃至上世纪的网络化，包括尖端核武器，生物科技等等，所有的一切统统都来自实验室，美国最核心的实力就在这1922所实验室里面。

《绿色中国》：此次中美投资博览会，您对中国企业有哪些建议？

李农合：现在正是国内企业走出去的大好时机，广大的海外华人华侨就是优势资源。当下正是国内企业去外国淘金、抄底的时机，很多国外企业都缺资金。因此，我建议国内企业家可以结合自身企业的优势，花相对较少的钱就能够把国外先进的文化、技术等嫁接过来。只有我们国家的企业家团结起来，不搞恶性竞争，才能实现共赢。

National Unity Creates A Win-win Situation

As the president of the World Chinese Business Advancement Association, the chairman of the World Chinese Businessman Investment Foundation, president of World Foundation for Peace and Development, president of Sino-U.S. Business Leaders Summit on Strategic Co-operation, Co-chairman of China-US Investment Expo, Nonghe Li is called “world Chinese businessman”. He leads millions of Chinese entrepreneurs all over the world, including the mainland and Taiwan. He’s often been visited by hundreds of head of state, and he is the only Chinese businessman leader who had a meeting with Obama in the White House for tow hours and a half. He is followed by thousands of entrepreneurs, he is the world’s Nobel peace prize nominees, and a Chinese entrepreneur full of passion and love.

Green China: Hello, president Li, thank you so much for accepting our interview. Can you give us a brief introduction of the World Chinese Business Advancement Association?

Nonghe Li:Sure.The Asian President of the American Republican Party Bo Shun Zhu, American International Daily Paper Chairman Delong Xiong, the Thai Country Stockpile Commission Chairman Xin Song Fang, Hong Kong Shoes Industry Trade Union President Lie Qing He, American International Cooperation Committee Anna C. Chennault, Hong Kong Southern Coastal Provinces Bank CEO Zhuang Shi Ping,Hong Kong Southern Coastal Provinces Bank General Manager Lian Feng Wu together Instituted the World Chinese Business Advancement Association. It was established in he U.S. and Hong Kong. The headquarter is located in U.S. and has set up a branch or representative of the organization in more than 90 countries or areas in the world. The Chamber of Commerce, consisting of 300 thousand Chinese businessmen primary members and several million team members is one of the biggest overseas global overseas Chinese Associations. 

Green China: In recent years, China has developed rapidly in many parts and now it is world’s second economy after the united States. But China still has a large gap with the United States and what do you think it is?

Nonghe Li:The gap between China and the United States exists in many aspects, but especially in the university and sophisticated laboratory. 100 famous universities around the world, the United States has 68. 12 the world’s top universities, the United States has 6.5. There are 1922 world-class advanced laboratories which is the power of USA and this is the reason they are the top. Three laws of Newton in the 17th century, quantum mechanics in the 20th century, Einstein’s theory of relativity and even the network of the last century, including nuclear weapons, biological technology and so on, all of these all come from the labs. The core strength and power of the United States are in the 1922 labs.

Green China: What kind of suggestions do you have for Chinese enterprises in the China-US investment expo?

Nonghe Li: It’s the best time for going out. I suggest that the domestic entrepreneurs take the advantages of their own, absorb advanced culture and technology aboard at a less cost. Entrepreneurs of our country only to stick together and don’t make vicious competition, a win-win situation could be created.
